Summer 2022
The busiest year since I started 10 years ago! Weddings were definitively back after Covid-19. It was a wedding almost every weekend of the summer plus some on weekdays. Once again working with Cigales et Petits Fours in Provence and Histoire d'Ange near Montpellier.
Best discovery of the year was the Chateau de Sannes. Little story here, I was relaxing at home on that one free saturday in June. For no particular reason I recharged all my batteries the night before. I guess it's just force of habit. Then at 11am I received a call from Karine at Cigales et Petits Fours. I remember thinking there's must be a problem for her to call me on a saturday: either she needs help or, my worst nightmare, I forgot I was supposed to work that day. Well, my memory is still fine, she needed a lastminute photographer. 15 minutes later I was out the door, ready to drive 2.5hours to the Chateau de Sannes. I guess this job taught me to be ready for anything, anytime, and that we cannot overestimate the value of good and professionnal wedding planner like Cigale et Petits Fours.
