Summer 2021
Last year I moved back to France and was happy to once again work with Cigales et Petits Fours on 2 beautiful weddings. After a year without weddings, it was amazing to go back to photographing these special events, meet plenty of new people and go back to some venues that I love working at, like the Domaine de Blanche Fleur or the Mas Neuf near Montpellier. I also had the great opportunity to photograph a wedding over 3 days: pool party, wedding day and brunch. This is the type of event that pushes traditionnal boundaries with a Burning Man type of evening complete with high summer heat, and speeches that brought me to tears and left me hopeful at the same time.
I also made a quick trip back to Cascais, Portugal to photograph a wedding by the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean. The sunset light was amazing and it was a cool few days by the ocean most welcomed after the heat from the South of France.
